red Grapevine is able to accommodate groups of up to 60 with a variety of menu choices and price ranges.
Groups of up to 12 people can choose from our full ala carte menu.
Groups from 12 to 30 guests can either choose one of our mini ala carte menus, or our Sharing menu.
Groups over 30 can dine from our Sharing menu, or from our ‘Alternate Serve’ menu.
Some important information about your large group booking:
1. Confirmation of MENU CHOICE – is required 48HRS in advance.
2. FINAL CONFIRMATION of numbers must be made by 12pm the day of the booking.
Please consider when confirming your final numbers that the restaurant often has a waiting list of bookings that may miss out if you confirm incorrect numbers. For this reason:
All final confirmation numbers will be charged for.
3. Any unpaid monies will be the party organiser’s responsibility at the end of the night
4.Red Grapevine is fully licensed and BYO for bottled wine only. There is a BYO surcharge of $4 for each bottle. To avoid embarrassment, please inform all of your guests that they will not be allowed to open BYO beers, spirits or soft drinks at red grapevine.
5.If you are celebrating a birthday you are also welcome to bring a cake, which our staff will serve to your birthday guest, but please supply your own candles. If you would like your cake cut & served to your guests with ice cream, a charge of $2 per person will apply.
6. Payment may be made on the night by cash, eftpos, American express, visa or mastercard. Business cheques are accepted by prior arrangement. Groups can arrange to pay separately as long as a list of names of those attending is provided at the beginning of the night
7. Please let us know if your guests have any special requests or dietary requirements, this is especially important for groups over 30.
