		<description>Thanks for pointing out my error Kim.  It&#039;s about 150ml of fresh (or pouring) cream. I have added this to the recipe.  Try not to use thickened cream, as this doesn&#039;t reduce quite as well.</description>

Thanks for asking, but unfortunately we only run Live at the Lounge during the wintertime, so we finished on September 2nd, for the beginning of Spring.  It was a great success, and  we will definitely be doing it again next year, from about May.  Hopefully we will see you then.</description>
